1. Delivery Zones
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing and Delivery Times
Our timeframes are as follows:

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time: 7 to 12 business days from dispatch.

Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are processed the following Monday. During high-demand periods (sales, end-of-year holidays, promotional campaigns), timeframes may be slightly extended. We do our best to keep you informed.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. No charges will be added at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time from the "Track Your Order" page on our site, or by clicking directly on the link provided in the email.

5. Undelivered, Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, first check the tracking status and contact the courier. If you're unable to locate it, contact us at info@relivexhealth.com with your order number. We will immediately open an investigation with the courier and keep you informed.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please carefully check the delivery address entered when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@relivexhealth.com. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible, and parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.

All payments on relivexhealth.com are secured with SSL encryption. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
